The MBA X-Multi Fully Automatic Timber Frame Processing Bridge is an entirely automated system designed for securing sheeting and cladding materials, catering to the offsite construction and modular building construction industry. It can be installed on a dedicated table or floor-mounted rails, allowing it to traverse multiple working tables; precise nailing/stapling tasks are executed based on data retrieved from the CAD package through our Design2Frame software. The system accommodates multiple tools on one or two CNC carriages, enabling simultaneous operation to enhance element throughput. Additionally, gluing systems can be incorporated for flooring applications.
