High-quality heavy-duty automatic squaring and nailing station for timber frame panel wall manufacturing.
The MBA X-Frame automatic timber frame construction assembly station allows the panel to be held square and secure during the assembly and nailing of the studs and components, allowing the operator to manually position the components for the panel at a safe and comfortable working position in the center of the panel, enabling the machine to be operated by a single operator. The studs and sub-components are placed automatically by the locating arms, assembling the panel step by step. Nail guns’ positions and firing quantities, along with the arms, are managed by the onboard CNC control unit. Manufacturing instructions are derived from drawing software through our interface, allowing the production controller to schedule panel production without manual input. The interface shows the panel drawing continuously, with zoom and pan features, enabling manual intervention for special cases like twisted timber or complex sub frames insertion.
