MBA | X-Tilt Butterfly Table

Heavy-duty butterfly table designed to transport, insulation fill, and nail both sides of timber frame panels.

The MBA X-Tilt Butterfly Table consists of a set of hydraulically operated tables, this system facilitates the vertical positioning of panels, transferring them to the second table, and securely lowering them on the opposite side for insulation fitting and panel closure. The hydraulic lifting mechanism, powered by a 4kW motor, includes fail-safe locking cylinders. A floor-mounted control unit, featuring push-button operation, a light beacon, and an audible siren, manages the process. Various options are available to utilize the tables as assembly benches for walls and floors and to seamlessly integrate them into a production line.
