The Bend-Tech Dragon A400 CNC Tube Production Machine uses plasma cutting, marking, and engraving to make CAD/CAM designs a reality. Any design of holes and end cuts can be plasma cut on the Dragon A400. The machine marks clear bending instructions such as bend location, rotation, and degrees on the tube. For shops that fabricate with tube and pipe, the Dragon A400 is the essential tool for success.

AXES SPECIFICATIONS

A & Z Axes: Provides accurate side to side and up/down movements of the toolhead and its tools.
X-Axis: A precision rack and anti-backlash pinion drive system moves the material along its length.
Y-Axis: Works in unison with the C-axis to rotate the material.
B-Axis: Ensures that long pieces of material maintain being level throughout the cutting process.
C-Axis (Optional Feature): Works in unison with the Y-axis to rotate the material.

AVAILABLE OPTIONS

Hypertherm Powermax plasma system:
- The level of Powermax system required varies based on multiple factors involving the materials being cut.
Material coolant system:
- The material coolant system increases cut quality, reduces slag amount, and decreases fumes from the plasma cutting. For companies that cut aluminum, stainless steel, or tubing with a small OD such as 1”, it is highly recommended that you include a material coolant system in your purchase
Angle/channel motorized gate:
- The angle/channel motorized gate add-on provides the A400 the ability to accurately cut any part out of angle and channel profile material while still cutting round, square, and rectangle material profiles.
Technology package:
- The Technology Package includes: an enclosed metal workstation cabinet on wheels that comes with a PC with SITE License, computer monitor, keyboard, corner radius gauges (for square/rectangle tube), level, hex wrenches, digital caliper, extra caliper, extra proximity sensor, extra connector cable, and a feeler gauge.
