ADVANCED PLATE MAPPING
Using it’s built-in Laser System, the Arc Cut Pro utilizes Advanced Plate Mapping technology to find the exact position and height of the material allowing for greater precision, higher efficiency and more versatility. Our Plate Mapping Technology is a key component in unlocking the full potential of the Arc Cut Pro Machine.

Automatic Plate Skewing: Automatic Plate Skewing will align the machine with skewed plate or structural material to increase efficiency and minimize wasted material.
Precision Lifter: The laser system also allows the precision lifter to automatically compensate for any height changes or debris on the material creating superior cut quality.
Structural Processing: Structural processing on a burn table is now a possibility using our Plate Mapping Technology. Import and process structural parts such as angle, channel, beams and tubing.

YASKAWA
The Arc Cut Pro Machine utilizes Yaskawa’s Sigma-7 Servo Motors for extremely high quality production on an industrial grade level. Precision cutting with vibration suppression allow for smoother and more accurate parts at impressive speeds.

LIVE CAMERA VIEW
The Arc Cut Pro’s built-in camera is contained in an industrial grade housing. The live camera view allows for easier torch alignment and live cut monitoring from the operator’s controller.

CRASH DETECTION SYSTEM
Equipped with a magnetic mount crash detection system, the Arc Cut Pro automatically shuts down in the case of a collision to protect the plasma torch and the machine from damage.

INDUSTRY-CHANGING CONTROLLER
The Arc Cut Pro’s Machine System Software comes with all the tools you need to get the most out of every run including the ability to nest on the controller. With an interactive 3D view that’s uniquely designed for each specific machine, you can view cutting progress in real-time.

BEVEL PRO

Cut beveled parts with speed and precision using the new Bevel-Head from Arc Cutting Industries. Our patent pending bevel technology can reach places never before thought possible on a burn table.

Our Bevel Pro system is designed and manufactured with the goal of long-term reliability and precision bevel cutting. When combining our advanced plate beveling system with the new Hypertherm XPR300, it results in smooth and accurate beveled parts even with thicker material.

CRASH DETECTION SYSTEM
Minimize down time and avoid costly repairs with the equipped magnetic mount crash detection system. The machine will shut down in the case of a collision to keep the entire beveling assembly safe from harm. Quickly reattach the plasma to the lifter and the unit is ready to go again.

SOFTWARE

3D GRAPHICAL INTERFACE
The Arc Cut Pro Controller’s machine software contains a detailed 3D graphical interface for viewing the machine and nest status in real-time. Set up saved locations and home points, jog cut paths, jump to certain parts or manually complete parts from the controller software. In addition to our 3D Machine View, the Steel Solutions Nesting Software allows you to view parts in 2D and 3D to view further details and help ensure proper part accuracy.

LASER PLATE MAPPING AND AUTOMATIC PLATE SKEWING
With the built-in laser system, the Automatic plate skewing feature has the ability to align the nest with the material surface in order minimize scrap and increase productivity. The Precision Lifter uses data from the laser to compensate for height changes or debris on the material. Our Remnant Tracing feature utilizes the laser system to allow you to create remnants from extra material that may have been leftover from previous nests.

ADVANCED NESTING FEATURES
Our Steel Solutions Software features advanced nesting options such as true-shape plate nesting, chain-cutting, common-line cutting and remnant management. The Arc Cut Pro Controller has the features required to maximize productivity and get the most out of your material.

INTERACTIVE NEST VIEW
The nest view gives you ultimate control by allowing you to manually complete cut paths or entire parts by checking them off of the part list. Completed parts are checked off and removed from the plate so you can easily view the remaining parts on the nest.

NESTING MACHINE INTEGRATION
The Arc Cut Pro Controller comes with our Steel Solutions Nesting Software pre-installed. This will allow part importing, creating, editing and nesting at the machine as well as in the office. Once a nest is complete, the Machine System Software has the ability to communicate back to Steel Solutions in order to update the status of the nest.

PART DESIGN AND DEVELOPMENT
Create new parts from scratch or import existing ones from multiple file formats including dxf, dstv, and svg. Easily check dimensions or make edits to parts using the newly re-designed CAD/CAM graphical part editor.

BUILT-IN PART LIBRARY
Templates are available from the Steel Solutions built-in part library which includes many standard shapes. Easily edit the templates by changing part dimensions, operation sizes, machine overrides and more.
