MBA | X-Table Modular Tables for Prefabricated Building Assembly

Manual worktables for wall panels, floor & roof cassettes, or windows.

The MBA X-Table Modular Tables for Prefabricated Building Assembly is a self-assembly heavy-duty modular timber frame table designed for framing and boarding panels for prefabricated modular buildings. The modular 3m x 1m tables can be configured in various configurations to accommodate wall panels, floor, and roof cassettes.

Why the MBA X-Table?

  • Modular Framing Tables – 2m x 1m steel tables with PLY tops which can be assembled to create any panel size required. The tables can be fitted with pop up rollers to roll the panel to the next station and side clamping to ensure panels are made square.
  • Component Table – a solid steel table for the offsite construction of stud/cripple groups, window and door subassemblies
  • Window Element Table – a table specifically designed for the fitting of windows in sub assemblies, prior to them being placed complete into the main wall assembly.
  • Manual open and closing of the table by linear guide and handwheel & rack and pinion system
  • Special support for lateral studs
  • 1 fixed infill for spacing the table to 2.8 m (9.2 ft) capacity
  • 1 sliding infill for supporting subcomponents inside the panel.
  • 9 m (30 ft) of fixed fence – 6 m (20 ft) length x 3 m (10 ft) width
  • 2 pneumatic connections for nail guns
  • Working Height of 700~850 mm (27.6”~33.5”)
