Robust welding turntables for maximum loads of up to 20,000 lbs. Welding positioners designed for maximum loads from 100 lbs to 20,000 lbs with universal applications in the manual and mechanical welding of circumferential seams and in the accurate positioning of workpieces.
For large rotationally symmetrical components such as tanks and boilers. Our roller beds designed for maximum workpiece loads of 1,650 lbs. to 175,000 lbs. are used for the rotation and positioning of heavy, rotationally symmetrical workpieces like tanks or boilers for further machining or welding.
Columns and Booms
Columns and booms for the positioning and guidance of welding heads, torches and tools. Our columns and booms – ranging from 40″ x 60″ up to 17 ft. x 17 ft. for column stroke and boom range – are used for the positioning and guidance of welding heads, welding torches and other tools. Columns and booms can thus be combined with positioners and/or roller beds in a variety of applications such as the welding of circumferential or longitudinal seams or the build-up welding of alloys on workpieces.
Circumferential Welding Systems
Circumferential seam welding fixtures allow for efficient production and dependable welding results. The circumferential seam welding fixtures at a variety of applications, e.g. the MIG/MAG welding of round pipes and flanges or, with 2 synchronized welding heads, for the plasma fine jet welding of heat exchanger panels.
