The Master series comes in 2 or 3 axis CNC with 3 size ranges” 8” x 18”, 12” x 24” and 16” x 32”. All models have precision ballscrews and AC servo motors on the cross (in-out) and elevating axes. The two axis models have a hydraulic driven table while the 3 axis models drive the table with a precision ballscrew and AC Servo motor. The basic models utilize a PC based conversational control. This control is easy to program and can run 90% of the applications required of a CNC surface grinder. For form and profile grinding, the Fanuc Oi series is offered.

Base and Saddle Guideway System

The one piece base casting has been stress relieved base and saddle utilize solid inverted “V” slideway that have been hand scraped and turcite B coated ensure longer wear life and greater accuracy. All base, saddle and table slideways are continuously lubricated through the use of an automatic lube system.

Linear Motion Guides

Linear guideways on the column ensure superior positioning and repeatability accuracy with low friction and smooth wheel head movement for longer machine life. The table guideway system utilizes a one flat/one inverted V hand scraped, turcite B slideway for greater repeatability and improved surface finishers.
