Bottom Drilling
Boring units with single selectable boring spindles from the BOTTOM (vertical): Through holes for handle (*1), blind holes for bumper holes, through holes for door locks (*2), blind holes for locking bar, brackets for doors

Top Drilling
Boring unit with single selectable boring spindles from the TOP (vertical): Through holes for door locks (*2), blind holes for door locks used for non-rotation screws

Bottom Grooving Saw
Grooves on drawer-fronts

Top Routing
Routing unit from the TOP: inset handles, door locks

CONFIGURATIONS

5-Spindle-drillhead Y-Axis with additional 3-Spindle-drillhead X-Axis. All boring spindles are single selectable.
3 Drilling- and inserting station with: 4-Spindle-drillhead, pitch according to hinge model. Magazines and inserting dies.
Automatic loading of magazine for hinges, buffers, fittings, etc. by hopper feed.
Additional vertical boring unit from the top.
Barcode reader, network function, post processor for designer software.
